Had a flat tire that needed to be aired. He aired it up. To fixed it I would have had taken to long so I went somewhere else for the repair.

Go to any other place for oil change and tire rotation. They are over priced, and try to add parts on that you didn’t ask or want. $85 for oil and tire rotation. Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart, Jiffy Lube, Big O’l Tires. Anywhere but here. Very upset customer, and will never return.

I spoke with you this morning regarding your oil change and tire rotation. Most oil filters average $5 however your vehicle requires a filter that costs $14. In addition most vehicles require 4 quarts oil yours holds 6. I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding and that is why the service manager adjusted the bill to reflect the pricing I mistakenly quoted. Dave DeLorenzi

I brought my car in for a used car inspection as I had just purchased it at Carmax. When I picked up my car they had a laundry list of repairs, specifically they wanted to flush my brake, transmission, and power steering fluid and quoted me almost $1K for the service. When I pressed the owner why this needed to be done he eventually said that it was because of the mileage of the car and admitted he never actually checked any of the fluid. I got another opinion at a different mechanic shop and they actually checked what they said they would and all the fluids were fine. I'll never take my car here again.

Alex, Thank you for the opportunity to service your vehicle. I am sorry you are not happy with the results. I would like to try and clear up any misunderstanding. On a pre-purchase inspection we do physically check all of the vehicle's system fluids, you are correct we did not see any that were contaminated. The vehicle had never been into our facility so the only records or source for records on maintenance we had was the vehicle's Carfax Report. According to the report none of these systems have ever been service. So at 95,000 miles they should have been, or need to be. If the report is wrong I am sorry. Again I apologize for the confusion. I have had several repairs performed here and have always been happy with service. The employees are both friendly and upfront about what needs to be done on my car versus what is optional. I thoroughly trust the staff here and highly recommend this service station.

Great service again. On Friday my car started whining and squealing. Took it in Monday morning. And it’s always great to hear that the fix is cheaper than you expected. AND it was done by 2 o’clock. On a Monday! Kudos to David and crew!

I would give them zero stars if possible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED HERE! NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE! Their follow-through, quality of work and timeless are all horrifically poor. We have given them our business twice over the past 3 years, under different management bc they are a local business vs giving it to costco or our car dealerships Lexus/ Audi. DO NOT DO THAT! they are late on having the car ready when promised 1-2 days. And their workmanship is poor. I had my tires changed and the car came back with an alignment issue - which it never had before. they don't take appointments and even when a problem is their fault, they do not prioritize your car. They also do not have many qualified technicians. NET-NET - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE SERVICED. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I would have preferred a five star review over this scathing one sided review full of half truths Aviva. I am just a local small businessman who lives, works, goes to school, & church in the neighborhood and prefer to spend my dollars with other local small business. So I appreciate your doing that, but reviews such as this do not help my cause. Especially since a lot of the statements in your post are not true. We completed your vehicle the same day it came in. I apologize we may have been a little slow, but I did have two technicians off with health issues at the time. We offered to have the alignment checked & preformed if needed to try and correct the concern you are having. We do take appointments. We do prioritize vehicles returning for a previous concern. We employ ASE Certified technicians. As far as our "quality of work" and "workmanship", you no NOTHING! about our quality of work and workmanship. We purchase and install the absolute highest quality parts & accessories available, many of them O.E. We purchase and use the absolute highest quality tools and diagnostic equipment available. I employ the some of the most trained ASE Certified Technicians in the industry. Two of them "Master Certified". As far as not having "many qualified technicians" As you can see we don't have 10, 15, 20, service bays like many of the corporate facilities and dealerships. We only have three so we have three "ASE Certified Technicians" Thank You Brookside 66 Service
