I asked the Brookside 66 team to run diagnostics on my new used Civic SI. I shared some concerns about the shifting, which they fully tested. They even called me after the first test drive to ensure that they were assessing my specific issues. They emailed the results to me, so that I could share them with the insurance company that will pay for the repairs. Then, they walked me through their findings in great detail. It was exceptional service. Jeff was clear and descriptive.

I have trusted Brookside 66 with both of my vehicles for some time -- more than 15 years. The work has ranged from mundane oil changes to more involved repairs, such as a timing chain. I pay close attention to details, and the work Brookside 66 has done for me has always been handled perfectly, has been finished on time, and has been accomplished without some of the nonsense I formally encountered with a dealership. I also appreciate that it is a neighborhood business, just the sort those of us in Brookside prefer to support. Brookside 66 has earned my highest rating, and my trust.

I couldn't get my key fob open to replace the battery and the team at Brookside 66 searched for the right tools and were able to help me. No charge. Just good, helpful service - as always. I always fill my car there and support this station whenever I can as their service is so appreciated.
