The staff at the service station are always consistently friendly and most importantly helpful in resolving any given problems I have ever had with my vehicles. Today which was already afternoon, They gave me a referral for the Wilde Tow company who were promptly responsive and assisted me by charging my car's battery. I was able to drive my car into Brookside Service's location. Their mechanic was quick to assess the issue as to why my car would not start. Within several hours, I received a phone call from the station that my car had a new battery installed and I could pick up my car. Terrific speedy service on a very busy day, New Year's Eve!!!

I went in for a vehicle inspection and found it wasn't needed. I was impressed on their knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations passed that affected my car and my choices. I felt they were a neighbor who was looking out for my best interests. I am hoping that my car continues to runs good and should I need work, I feel this place will give me an accurate estimate that I can trust.
