This was my first time going to Brookside66 and I will never go anywhere else in the future! The environment was a throwback to when customer service mattered, when you kept your commitments for time and when you communicated with the customer. When was the last time you enjoyed a trip to the service station? Mine was yesterday.

The crew at Brookside 66 are awesome. They are friendly and helpful and always stop to give my dog a treat too! A true community business.

Jeff did a terrific job of locating a replacement outside rear mirror for my 2016 Volkswagen GTI! He also was easy to work with regarding scheduling an appointment time for me to bring my vehicle in for the repair!

Incredibly helpful and thoughtful assessment of a difficult to diagnose engine noise and some tire issues. I truly don’t plan to ever take our cars anywhere else!

My son brought his car in for problems he was having. They charged $200 for diagnostic services, which I thought was high. When I told them that, they said "go ahead and get a competing diagnostic charge, and we'll work with you." We did, and found a diagnostic charge that was $110 at Brookside Rx. They dug in their heels and did not work with us on the diagnostic charge. My experience is that young people, and my wife, get taken advantage of at auto repair places. This place is no exception. I do not recommend them. (RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE below) A Brookside 66 employee told me he would work with me if I found the same service to be less at another service center. I found a diagnostic fee that was significantly less, and you would not work with me/my son. This is a matter of integrity. After reading other reviews, it appears I am not alone. That said, the work being done to fix the car at a very reputable garage is less than half of what your quote was. Integrity + Way too expensive + Customer Service (condescension) = Not going to you guys, nor will I recommend you.
